- Please contact us by mail(bdcarpathianhunting@gmail.com) or phone (0040756916377)and let us know when and what would you like to hunt and we shall forward details on to you.
- We help you to find the best date and hunting area.
- We give you ideas, how you can combine the desired hunt with other game hunt.
- We send you one ore more offers which includes the program from arrival to departure. We organize transfer for our guest arriving by plane. Hunters arriving by car receive a road plan how to get to the hunting area. So you can find easily the meeting point. The representative of the hunting area waits for you at the meeting point and discuss the program for the next days.
- After you accepted our offer, we make a hunting contract with you.
- After you sent back the signed contract and pay the required deposit, you receive the “Letter of invitation”, which you will need while entering Romania.According to the Romanian laws you need to have :
A valid hunting license
A valid passport(non Eu citizens) or identity card ( Eu citizens)
Gun license (non Eu citizens) or firearms passport (for EU citizens if traveling with their rifles & ammo)
Insurance against accidents or can be done in Romania for 25 Eu/person/max.30 days.
Our company doesn’t respond for eventual injuries provoked by any kind of accidents or no matter what any special event of the hunter and of the tertiaries during all the hunting period in Romania. In that case in which the inquirer postpones or cancels the command, no matter what is the reason or the period, the registration charge it will not be given back. The cancel of the command goes to the retain from us the entirely advanced amount. The person who signs „The registration command” is considered to be the authorized for all the others attendants inscribed in the command.
