Vânătoarea de capră neagră în România este strict reglementată și organizată doar în cadrul sezoanelor de vânătoare aprobate oficial, pe baza unor cote anuale emise de Ministerul Mediului, Apelor și Pădurilor (MMAP).

Sezon de vanatoare:st din 1 Septembrie pana in 15th of December.

Perioada optima de vanatoare:

Gol alpin: 10th Intre 10 Octombrie si 10 Noiembrieth of November

Padure: 25th Intre 25 Octombrie si 15 Decembrieth Decembrie

In ceea ce priveste cotele de vanatoare pentru speciile de interes cinegetic aceastea sunt stabilite anual prin ordin de ministru emis de catre Ministerul Mediului Apelor si Padurilor. Cu privire la cota de preventie in cazul speciei urs, perioada legala de vanatoare, precum si alte prevederi, aceastea sunt stabilite prin legi adoptate adoptate de catre Parlamentul Romaniei.
