Generally, accommodation is provided in the proximity of the hunting grounds. Thus, depending where the hunting ground is located, we offer our guests a wide range of accommodation facilities such as traditional hunting lodges, guest houses, and for those who want more luxury, there are mansions and 4 and 5 ***** hotels. The meals are varied and based on traditional cuisine specific to each area and international cuisine.
We organize transfers for our guests arriving by plane with our cars or with premium companies specializing in transfers. Those arriving by car or renting a car at the airport will receive a description and a location (GPS coordinates), so that they can easily find the accommodation.
After a successful hunt, the trophies are prepared and ready for CIC evaluation according the agreed methodology.
Regarding the shipping of trophies within the EU, depending on the option you choose, these can be done with different transport or courier companies.
The export of trophies to non-EU countries will be carried out by specialized companies with whom we have a collaboration contract. In addition, these companies will prepare the necessary documents (sanitary-veterinary, customs declarations, CITES permits) and the crates/cardboard boxes in which they will be shipped.
Each hunting day, following a brief overview of the hunting regulations by individual hunt managers, visitors can set out in the company of a Romanian professional hunter or guide.
We suggest you bring your own rifle or shotgun with you, but we have ones you can borrow if necessary. Shotgun ammunition is always available, however if you have any special requirements you are best to request this in advance.
On non hunting days we can arrange other visits and excursions and non-hunting guests are always welcome. The objectives are different: castles, museums, national parks, medieval fortresses and so on.
